She says the funniest things. Here is her version of "Frosty the Snowman," currently her favorite song.
Frosty the Snowman, was a jolly happy soul.
With a corn cob pipe and a butt and nose and two eyes made out of coal.
There must have been some magic and that old black cat they found,
For when they placed her on his head he began to dance around.
Cleo also loves Mary Poppins, and when visiting London in March I took her to see Mary Poppins the musical. She stood and danced the entire show, much to the delight of the less-than-sober couple sitting behind us. Her favorite song is "Step in Time," but she's delighted to hear and sing "Let's Go Fly a Kite," with her rendition of the lyrics of course.
What a delight she is, and worth the six years of waiting, the horrendous nightmare of a pregnancy, and the month of visiting her little preemie self in the hospital while her father and I worried about her well being and weight gain. What a joy.
P.S. The photo is of her the day before Easter in Italy, she paused in her running just long enough for me to snap a picture and then took off.

I love that little Princess.
I heart Mary Poppins, too!
Yes, another day, another musical soundtrack for the Girls and I. I totally dig the Paint Your Wagon cd. Bizzare, I know!
